Static Control has made a tremendous investment in new research and manufacturing facilities with in-house development of chips, seals, mag rollers, primary charge rollers and toner adder rollers. In addition, our imaging Laboratories have become the world centre for aftermarket toner development and our scientific team works with virtually every major toner manufacturer in the world.

The ability to control and direct product design and manufacture means we can rapidly address new printer engines whilst ensuring all products undergo strict quality control procedures and rigorous testing. Our testing lab operates five days a week, 24 hours a day and all our products are tested to ASTM standards. So you encounter fewer problems when you’re qualifying new products.
