Mag roller sealing blade foams may become pitted, torn or otherwise damaged due to toner buildup or during the remanufacturing process, resulting in toner leakage and print defects. Static Control’s replacement mag roller sealing blade foam creates a tight, strong seal at the ends of the mag roller and the dense foam material traps migrating toner. Static Control recommends that the mag roller sealing blade foams be replaced with each remanufacturing cycle.
