Product Information Static Control's Imaging Laboratories have become the world centre for aftermarket toner development through our technical resources, our scientific development team and strategic partnering relationships with toner vendors. Our scientific team works with virtually every major toner manufacturer in the world. More importantly, we are the primary development centre for these joint toner projects, which enables us to continuously gather the latest scientific information regarding toner development. Toner Testing and Development Static Control has elevated the quality and consistency of toner products through the creation of our imaging technology laboratories, including a dedicated toner development facility that supports products for over 50 engine applications. This state-of-the-art testing facility employs scientists, engineers and technicians with decades of experience in toner development and verification testing. Our position of working with multiple vendor partners allows us to simultaneously develop a number of prototype toners for a new application, and then select the optimum product for final qualification and availability for you to use in your cartridges. Prototype toner samples and test prints are analysed and compared against baseline test data. Engineers also measure yield, density and background, and look for print defects or other toner-related problems. Once a toner is approved, strict quality control measures are taken to ensure that quality remains consistent.
