New F1 Seals New F1 Seals represent Static Control's leading seal technology…seals that have been extensively researched and tested to deliver winning performance through precise engineering, quality materials and in-house manufacturing. Their all-in-one design make F1 seals fast and easy to use, so you can reduce production time. F1 split hopper seals are available for HP2410/2420/2430 and HP4200/4300 and F1 insertable seals are available for the HP1160/1320 - more seals are in development. RapidSeals Foam-type and rigid-type RapidSeals offer an alternative, high performance sealing solution for split hoppers. RapidSeals feature a pressure sensitive adhesive with a peel-off backing and easy-to-release, clear pull tape. With rigid-type RapidSeals, remanufacturers must buy and install foams separately. Other sealing solutions from Static Control include two types of lay-in seals for non-split hoppers: all-in-one, high quality Ribbon Seals for easier installation and our Gasket Sealing Assembly which offers a basic seal with sturdy substrate and mylar pull strip.
